Continuing his speech, Reza Zahedi expressed some points regarding the high speed of change in jobs and suggested to study and acquire more information in any job field, he said: technological advances and the explosive increase in information and science, necessarily changes in educational needs and It shows us the change in the education system. Resistance to change brings nothing but failure. He said: If we say that the biggest problem that every organization faces is the problem of transformation, we have not gone too fast.
